Terms & Conditions

This is a loyalty program and a stored value program. Use of the card and/or participation in the program constitutes acceptance of all program rules:

1. Offer good at participating company locations.

2. The card is not redeemable for cash.

3. The card will not be replaced if lost or stolen or used without your permission, unless previously registered.

4. There is no cost to participate in the Good Life program.

5. Purchases are required to accumulate Good Life credits.

6. Card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive rewards credits.

7. No Rewards credits from previous loyalty programs can be applied to this program.

8. You will earn Rewards credits for every dollar spent.

9. Rewards credits may be earned only by the Good Life cardholder that pays the check.

11. You do not need to present a receipt to receive a reward. Rewards are stored by the computer system and are automatically updated.

12. Rewards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be redeemed for the selected items.

13. Voided items will reduce the Rewards credits by the voided amount until the credit total reached 0.

14. Rewards credits cannot go negative.

15. Rewards credits cannot be transferred between cards.

16. Rewards credits will not be issued on tax paid or tips.

17. If the program is experiencing technical difficulties, Rewards credits will continue to accrue, and will be applied to accounts once the program is running again.

18. Company can, at its discretion, modify the program rewards or substitute rewards of comparable value without notice.

19. Company reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. In the event that this program is discontinued, members will be allowed to redeem any rewards that they have already been issued, within the stated expiration date.

20. Company reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a member’s point balance and rewards if any unauthorized Good Life Rewards credits are earned or redeemed, or there is any unauthorized use of the program.

21. Employees of Company and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

22. Rewards cards may be used at all participating Company retail locations.

23. By electing to participate in the Good Life Program, you specifically have "Opted In" to receive e-mail to notify you of updates to your account, account balances and rewards status, and notifications of new activities and promotions related to these and other programs in the Company’s Restaurants. The Company’s standard Privacy Policy is in effect for all other circumstances.

24. Rewards Credits will be issued on the NET amount of any check – that is after any discounts or coupons have been applied.

25. The redemption of the Good Life Dollars may not be combined with any other discount or promotional offer on the same transaction, table, or visit.

26. You may not accumulate Rewards Credits on the same transaction or visit in which you redeem the Good Life Dollars or other Rewards.

27. ALL REWARDS AND VALUES are stored on the card . You MUST present the Good Life Card in order to accumulate Rewards Credits, and claim the Good Life Dollars or other Rewards. Printed register receipts, e-mails, or other materials informing you of a reward or balance are for the member’s notification only. Please treat the Good Life Card as cash, and protect it as such.

28. Your account balance and rewards list may be checked at any time from this Check Balance Link.

29. The Good Life Card will expire and all points will be forfeited after 13 consecutive months with no activity.

30. These rules are subject to change at the discretion of the Company.
